K-tuned even machined and threaded the m6 hole for important ground ring found on engine harness. A 1/8 not port plug is included if you wish to not use this. The number one feature of this design is threaded water outlet port on body, which allows use standard 25 rad hose fitting or 12an 16an fittings if desired.

You'll notice that there are two different top hole locations, these allow the housing to fit all Honda b-series engines and d-series. This unique threaded port design eliminates the need to weld bungs old and dirty factory cast aluminum pieces.

Installation is very simple, the housing located right beside intake manifold and held in place with only two bolts.

The k-tuned thermostat housing is not just a functional piece, it will also add very nice touch to any engine. The CBC machined billet housing is a direct replacement of oem unit and mounts in same factory position, with rad outlet following original slightly upward angle.
